looks pretty nice greg. id love to start makin some of my own gear as well
Thought I would show some of the jigs I painted last week. Still playing around with the multi colors but did get a few that turned out ok.
This is my paint booth for painting with the airbrush. Got a few cranks ready to paint, just waiting on my new airbrush to get here.

Looks good. Thanks for sharing the photos. Tom
Looks good, are sure you have a job? I have thought about making my own jigs is it cost effective or just a fun hobbie?

I have done it as a business and a hobbie. Yes, it can be a cost savings if you go as much as I do. If you only go a few times a year, then it isn't much of cost savings. Just to get started is going to cost you at least $200. This is only for the melting pot and molds and don't include the terminal stuff you need to make a jig(hooks, swivels, etc). I'm guessing I have close to $1k wrapped up into my lure building station. This includes all the bucktail, marabou, paint, fluid beds, etc.

Bowfishing- Not a hobby, an ADDICTION!!!
Cool looks like they turned out good. I never really got into painting my lures, but I do build lures. It's a lot of fun and can add more excitement to fishing.
